The Physical Therapy Center
Dr. Michael Decker has been with AOC since 2004 and has led the Pain Management Center since that time. He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.A. in Zoology and Chemistry and received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He served his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Charles S. Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City, New York. He also completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA.

The Pain Management Center
Dr. Andrew Hou has joined AOC as a pain management specialist.
Dr. Hou received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He served an internal medicine internship from 2002-2003 at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital at Virginia Commonwealth University and he stayed at MCV for his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency. He most recently completed a pain management fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University Department of PM&R.
Dr. Hou was the recipient of the 2002 MCV Department of Internal Medicine Outstanding Intern Award.
Dr. Hou and his wife are the parents of two young children and are expecting their third.
